The 2nd edition of the book is out of print
The 3rd edition of the U.S. version of the book is in preparation.
We did not want our readers to buy a book that is soon to be obsolete, hence
we decided not to reprint the 2nd edition of the book.
To compensate for this, we are making the ebook of the 2nd ed. available to
