Instructor's Manuals are available only to faculty members who have adopted the book for classroom use. Evaluation copies of the manuals are available to download by anyone. The evaluation versions are identical to the full manuals in every way, the only difference being that the problem solutions included in the evaluation copies are those that are available to students in this web site.  All teaching guidelines and other materials are the same.
